DESCRIPTION:Riding Bicycles to Experience Patuxent Research Refuge’s North Tract \nSunday\, March 31\, 1:00 – 3:30 pm \nPrograms Held at the North Tract\, 230 Bald Eagle Drive\, Laurel\, MD 20724\nThe North Tract is located on Rt. 198 between the Baltimore-Washington Parkway and Rt. 32\n \nAges 10+\, registration required \nEnjoy a spring bicycle ride while experiencing the beauty of this natural area’s local wildlife\, plants and historical sites. Learn the importance of reducing your footprint and leaving no trace on this 12-mile guided bicycle ride. Bring your own bike\, snack\, water bottle and helmet. Ride is weather dependent. \nREGISTRATION \nPrograms are FREE\, however\, donations to The Friends of Patuxent are greatly appreciated! Public programs are designed for individuals/families and require advance reservations by calling 301.497.5887. Programs are subject to changes or cancellation due to weather or low participation.
