DESCRIPTION:THIS IS A CLIMATE EMERGENCY!!\nThe Climate Mobilization MoCo Monthly Meeting\nThursday\, April 14\, 7:30 to 9:00 PM \nBarbara Coufal\, Co-Chair of Citizens Against Beltway Expansion (CABE) and an experienced advocate\, will discuss CABE’s work to stop the Maryland Department of Transportation’s plan to add toll lanes to I-270 and to the Beltway.
