Previously\, Mirza was at the Center for American Progress working on offshore energy transition and Indigenous-led conservation. Mirza also worked with the Clean Energy Business Network advocating on behalf of 5\,000 clean energy small businesses across the country. She has served numerous campaigns\, the Environmental Protection Agency\, and the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
