DESCRIPTION:County Celebrating 9th Annual Latino Conservation Week\nJuly 16 – 24 \n\n\nMontgomery Parks will be hosting a series of events to celebrate the 9th annual Latino Conservation Week\, July 16 – 24.  Find out more about these events at https://montgomeryparks.org/events/latino-conservation-week/ \nLatino Conservation Week was created by the Hispanic Access Foundation in 2014 and it aims to “connect Latino communities across the country with opportunities to get involved in outdoor recreation\, conservation education\, and advocacy efforts\,” according to Montgomery Parks. \nMyMCM spoke with Serenella Linares and Denisse Guitarra from the Audubon Naturalist Society about two events they will be host in partnership with Montgomery Parks.
