SUMMARY:Walk Our Watershed – Muddy Branch Greenway Trail
DESCRIPTION:Walk in your watershed\n \nJoin us for the Muddy Branch Alliance’s “Walk Our Watershed” series! The walks will be led on a series of routes along the Muddy Branch Greenway Trail. Come experience the beautiful spring foliage of our lovely Muddy Branch headwaters in Gaithersburg! The hike will take place on Saturday\, May 16\, from 9:00 until 10:15. Starting at the Izaak Walton League parking area\, we will follow the Muddy Branch downstream on a pleasant out-and-back walk around Lake Halcyon\, under Great Seneca Highway\, and then returning. All ages and abilities welcome for this 2.2-mile round trip; please wear appropriate attire and bring water.
