Weed Warriors Coming Up!

Help us remove invasive plants in Malcolm King Park, and learn about the native plants that are found there. We are pulling out plants like multiflora rose, porcelain berry, and oriental bittersweet, that crowd out the beautiful native plants and the wildlife they support. We will also be picking up litter if that’s more your speed! Wander and enjoy the beauty of this gorgeous park after the event and have fun with other volunteers.

To help, you must be wearing long pants, sturdy shoes and be prepared that the plants can be thorny. See you there!
