Join us via Zoom on June 4th @ 7pm!
Join us for an important presentation by Kyle Hart, Mid-Atlantic Program Manager at National Parks Conservation Association, about the growing, unchecked data center industry and how it is impacting our local National Parks and climate change goals. From industrial development directly adjacent to parks, growing carbon emissions and climate change, and large electric transmission lines traversing park landscapes, the threat from data centers to national parks is on all fronts. Failing to reform the data center industry in the region threatens to undermine decades of conservation and environmental efforts in Virginia, Maryland, and beyond.
