The 2023 Rock Creek Extreme Cleanup will be a month-long extravaganza in April, anchored by a Community Day on Saturday, April 15. Cleanup events will be hosted throughout the entirety of the Rock Creek watershed, with volunteers across the watershed participating in litter cleanup events lasting 2-3 hours, helping to keep Rock Creek clean from the most visible form of stormwater pollution, enjoying time outside, and giving back to their local communities.
