Montgomery Parks invites you to a live virtual panel “Building a Career in Parks: A Latino Conservation Week Discussion”  on Friday July 24 at 11:00 a.m.  This panel will be a fantastic opportunity for residents to hear directly from Park staff and get questions answered about the field.  The panel discussion is one of several virtual programs Montgomery Parks is hosting in conjunction with Latino Conservation Week.  Additional events include a virtual 5k, bilingual storytime and nature activities.  We hope you can join, and feel free to share this information with friends and community members that may be interested.

Join staff from Montgomery Parks for a live virtual conversation.  Staff will share their personal career journeys , provide an inside look at the varied jobs available in the field, and offer tips for those interested in working in the parks and conservation fields.  Also learn how Montgomery Parks is working to expand diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to better serve the community.  (Event will be in English with live Spanish translation).   Learn more about event and speakers.
