You are invited to Conservation Montgomery’s 2022 Annual Meeting
In person again! Nov. 4th at 6 pm at the Writer’s Center in Bethesda.
Program Topic: An Update on the County Climate Action Plan
The CM annual meeting is a celebration, a chance to network with like-minded county residents and honor the recipient of the Joe Howard Environmental Award. This year, we are thrilled to announce Wheaton resident Ed Murtagh as the recipient of the 2022 Joe Howard Environmental Award. Read more about this local environmental hero here.And if you’ve been wondering about the status of the Montgomery County Climate Action Plan, you’ll be in the right place on Nov. 4th. Adriana Hochberg, Climate Change Officer, and Acting Director of the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection will tell us what has been accomplished so far and what’s ahead.
