DPS eServices Open House 

More Paperless Permits Coming!

Please join DPS on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 for an eServices Open House.  You will have the opportunity to set up necessary accounts and receive training for applying online and submitting plans electronically. 

WHEN: Wednesday, June 28th from 9 am to 3 pm 

WHERE: 255 Rockville Pike, 2nd Floor (DPS Offices)

Beginning September 11, 2017, Commercial Solar, Residential New Construction, and Sign permits will only be accepted electronically.  Currently, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, Fence, Residential Solar, New Commercial Building Construction, and Utility permits require electronic submission. The open house will prepare you for the upcoming transition to paperless permitting! 

There’s always eServices training on Mondays at 9 am at the DPS Offices!  If you have any questions about eServices call Aaron Smith at 240-994-0335.
