Discover which embassies in DC are enhancing our local food systems and making a statement by reducing food waste and by composting. You will hear from embassy project leaders about the nuts and bolts of their composting operations. Embassies, government and international institution buildings as well as restaurants that partner directly with embassies will leave inspired and informed on how to get their own composting operation started. Speakers will also share insights on how to maintain a smooth-running food recovery practice.
