Gaithersburg Green Drinks is a monthly event where people who are concerned about the environment or work in the environmental field or want to learn to be more GREEN, meet up at informal sessions known as Green Drinks. Sociable networking, sharing and learning. NO we don’t drink anything green especially the Kool-aid!!

This month, Larissa Johnson, the Residential Energy Program Manager from Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection will be in attendance to highlight the new website, Montgomery Energy Connection and also share ways to lower your utility costs, keep money in your pocket, and help the County reach our greenhouse gas emission goals.

CFL or incandescent bulbs can be exchanged for LEDs. Bring in as many as you want TO BE RECYCLED PROPERLY FOR YOU and we will swap you with up to 4 LED’s per person.
