Montgomery County is exploring the possibility of offering a residential green building incentive for new construction and existing buildings.
Join Montgomery County’s Department of Environmental Protection and Department of Permitting Services to review the current green building incentives and develop a set of green building incentive proposals for Executive and Council consideration.
We’ll review the existing energy efficiency and green building incentives available to home builders and owners, and examine what type of incentives the County could offer to encourage increased sustainable building and retrofits. Register today!
