Denisse Guitarra (She/Ella) is the Maryland Conservation Advocate at Audubon Naturalist Society (ANS). In her role she advocates for environmental policies centered around climate change, environmental justice, and sustainable land use. Recently, she is leading campaigns on forest conservation, transportation, climate change, and land use plans. 

Ana Arriaza works at the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) as the Partnership and Engagement program Manager. Ana helps develop and execute department-wide outreach and partnerships with new and existing stakeholders. In the last 14 years, Ana has managed several programs at DEP including the Stream Stewards Volunteer Program.

Robbie O’Donnell currently serves as Anacostia Riverkeeper’s Watershed Programs Manager. He also serves as part-time coordinator for the Water Data Collaborative, a collective of water focused organizations seeking to learn how technology can be used to transform and support community water science. He has a decade of experience in the clean water world specializing in community science, water quality, and coastal systems.
