World Water Day – March 22

Did you know, the amount of freshwater needed to survive varies according to health, activity level and climate? Although water covers about 71 percent of the Earth, only 3 percent of it is fresh!

On March 22, The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and other County agencies will come together to celebrate World Water Day. This year’s theme, Save our Glaciers!
