The OMG Climate Explorers Program invites Montgomery County high school students to dive into the challenges of climate change right here at home and discover how local action can make a global difference. Through hands-on activities, you’ll uncover how our county contributes to the climate crisis, explore real-world strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and take part in projects that strengthen climate resiliency and emergency preparedness. You’ll work with peers to design innovative solutions for your school to meet or even surpass climate goals—and then share your powerful ideas with the community.
